SLOW

SLOW is a special event in Sickla ! The public had the occasion to meet a number of artists from many worlds: film, writing, graffiti, dance, photography, music and even the culinary. Our event was interactive with workshops, live broadcast of podcasts and painting on the first curated street art Wall. Our goal was to propose an event where people could meet, share and above all accessible to everyone. Why SLOW as this day’s theme? Because times are tough because things often go too fast. We want our space to be a chill one where time is suspended. Visitors was able to relax, appreciate the moment and explore themselves through various activities.

With new strength and new vision, we´re now thinking about SLOW 2 !

This show was organized by Konstjord and Väggen and highlighted a new part of Sickla that is emerging. It was the first of this kind of event and will promote Konstjord as a center for art and culture, drawing attention to the possibilities of this particular space.

To everyone who was there and to the others, Hope to meet you at SLOW 2 that we hope will happen in May and I still hope you have a fresh start for 2022!
